- Great PTO policy. 4 floating holidays, birthday off, no limits on sick time (to a fair extent). 1 week added nearly every year of employment. - Competitive base salary - Ability to earn more through bonuses or commissions for the sales team - ESOP opportunities based on performance - Best in class platform. Competitors cost less, but do not have the best solution - Strong user engagement and dependency on product
Cons
- Competitors are selling their software at a lower price - Need more R&D resources to add more integrations and functionality for automated reports - Need a marketing department and bigger sales team - Need better quality installation
