Management is awful they don’t appreciate the staff at all All they care about is how much sales you can make and if you do well in sales they are nice to you Manager has a bad attitude and as a result this spa has a high turn over rate Inconsistent workings hours Last minute calls to come in Manager and spa owner criticise therapists if they don’t reach there kpi no encouragement whatsoever Manager is dishonest about employee timesheets and at times didnt include overtime or clean & advice , spa owner has no clue They give false hope to employees by offering “fulltime / part time positions “ when the spa can’t even afford to do this Nearly All workers their are casual employees Sometimes they really shorten your lunch breaks down to 15 mins if they trying to get more money for the spa
