Pros
The only pro I took form working at Endeavor House was learning how to not trust anyone especially the director of admissions, clinical supervisor, and to not trust any co workers. Everyone is out for themselves. The turn over rate is insane, and I can be thankful for leaning a very valuable lesson from working there.
Cons
horrible stability, over worked, underpaid, unappreciated, management is clueless, money hungry, sneaky admission director, and overall un ethical work environment. Current and former employees will all agree that Endeavor House has terrible client care and are unable to sustain a stable work environment due to they're lack in certifications, licensed professionals, and poorly managed departments.
