Pros
I enjoy a lot of the residents.
Very consistent job (with some surprises), very good for people who like organization.
Menu preset so no guess work most of the time.
Cons
Management doesn't communicate at all.
Corporate doesn't listen and only have their interests in mind.
Constantly people calling in, all shifts, all departments, so a lot of us are working doubles for weeks with no day off.
Most of staff sits around on phones and passes off responsibilities onto other people/shifts
Health insurance is horrible! Covering a family of 4 would cost more than a full check.
