Pros
Great staff on the floor. Teamwork was amazing. Our patients were always priority and hardly worked short. Always had needed supplies. Always felt that the charge nurses had your back no matter what. Doctors weren’t difficult to get ahold of most of the time. Solid consequences for messing up and leaving your coworkers hanging. HR was great and never hard to find.
Cons
Upper management definitely could use some work. Especially the ADON and DON. It’s a pity that they put on such a supportive front and then stab you in the back.
