Pros

Hmmm, Let's see. I will do this in order. 1. The facility is a up to date state of the air operation. 2. Was one of the biggest in the country. The CEO 1. She will show up for the pay check. 2 Talks a good game.

Cons

The company does mean well the leadership is another story. The CEO Stephanie Bridges will hold everyone accountable but herself. Bad leadership. Everything about her is a lie at this point. . Market CEO at Kindred for 6 months (Not 6 years) then walked out for poor performance.. Does not take responsibility for her actions and when things start to go bad, points fingers. 1. A terrible leadership. 2. Not in touch with the fiscal needs of a real business. Not educated in running a business or what it takes to make all the staff successful. 3. Me first mentality. Manages by being a Boss not a leader. 4. Un trustworthy. 5. Passive aggressive. 6. Hostile. 7. Lazy leader. 8. Reactive. 9. Poor work ethics. 10. Unable to adjust to difficult situations on the go. Turns a tough situation tougher with hostility blaming others.

Excellent PTO and holiday package. Great with promotion options. Care about patients and quality customer service.

Cons

Allow employees to sell back PTO once a year.

Pros

Great team to work, people are always willing to help each other. The clinicians genuinely care about their patients and it shows every day. You feel like you’re making a difference in patients’ lives. Good teamwork between departments. Leadership listens to feedback and wants the hospital to keep improving. Positive work environment with coworkers who care about doing a good job.

Cons

Healthcare is busy, so some days can be stressful. Things can change quickly, so you have to be flexible. Communication between departments can always improve. Like most hospitals, staffing can be tight at times.
