Horrific upper management that consistently puts profit over people.
Buys out smaller companies but then does a terrible job merging the accounts putting people's financial future at risk.
Overall culture is to get the caller off the line no matter what you have to say. Absolutely no care or concern for the customers.
Will say from day 1 how they want to promote you and how many opportunities you'll have but there are never any positions available and management will not help you get out of the call center.
