The commission structure and salary were not agreeable. This put much stress on my shoulders as I had little hope of ever making enough to survive.

Most coworkers were enjoyable to work with, making the workplace atmosphere more pleasant. Departments like marketing were helpful and willing to assist when needed. The company showed understanding during family emergencies and offered a generous number of paid holidays. The company frequently held celebratory lunches or dinners and occasionally after-work parties to recognize achievements, reward raffle winners, and celebrate.

Certain employees were noticeably given preferential treatment, which was discouraging and gave the impression that no level of effort could outweigh the existing bias. Some team members displayed passive-aggressive behavior, leaving others feeling uneasy and on edge. I genuinely believe that upper management remains unaware of the full extent of the issues taking place within those offices. Finally, while offers of help were made, follow-through was often lacking, with communication breaking down and leaving you back at square one.
