Pros

The people I was with were nice until they let go their past office staff who made it worth going in and it started to go downhill.

Cons

They try to sell this as a “marketing” position but all you do is sell to people at a gas station or nearby areas. They go through three interviews processes, trying to get it scheduled one after another, and make you feel like they are only hiring one or two people. They hire everyone who basically shows up and says they want growth. In reality, it’s a pyramid scheme and if you don’t perform to their expectations, you get cut. The pay isnt worth the hours because you work 8+ or until you hit your “goals”. You do not get the base pay after so long so it's performance based and you never actually get the pay they state on ads. Absolutely no work life balance and expect you to put work above a personal life. Not worth your time. They can barely keep their staff which is why they are always hiring.

Pros

This was such a life changing experience. The amount of opportunity and growth at Empire Essential Group is overwhelming if you are willing to work for it. At EEG, it is the only company that I know of that you can casually call up the CEO and network with them. The people and environment there are so up lifting and positive. EEG not only changed me professionally, but personally as well.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that this job isn't for everyone. You have to be willing to put forth some hard work and energy at the beginning to get to the opportunity at the end. You want to succeed? You push, you work, you network, you learn, and you grow. This is an amazing opportunity, you just need to see the potential.
