Pros
Open people if you’re willing to do the same. Reasonable flexibility about working hours and getting some time off to do the usual bank, gov etc business. I think it’s a good place to grow.
Cons
Limited interaction between teams. People in some teams may be under some pressure to deliver. Not a lot of cohesion-building activities encouraged as far as I can tell.
