      The team is very helpful, the team leader is also helpful and understanding. The people tend to be very open minded, no judgement at all no matter what your religion, sexual orientation, a lot of celebration for employees

      If you’re a high paced individual, this job is not really for you since it tends to be boring tine to time and we have ‘various’ kinds of client. But there are so much to learn in this field

      Pros

      Apart from the working start at 9.30 until 04.00, there's absolutely nothing good with this company.

      Cons

      - Micro managing by FOUNDER, make day to day operational work in a mess; - No advancement of career, unless you are one of the favorite of Founder; - Didn't care at all with People, no planning or training whatsoever to develop people - Founder didn't know how to run a company, everything a mess under the founder - Toxic positivity WILL develop in this company
