Corporate “leadership.” Human resources (People &Culture?!?!?!).
Attempts at company-wide programs i.e. diversity & inclusion, sustainability, have failed and seem like for perception only. Acquisitions and launches do not go well. Low-end and user-UNfriendly systems and processes. They just do a lot of things that result in resentment from employees and vendors; low morale is the new normal at Emerald
