Pros

Lots of job openings due to exodus of staff. Some of the remaining employees are genuine and helpful. Sanctuary Parkway building complex is fairly nice and safe. Close to GA 400.

Cons

Lack of training. Most employees unhelpful and not willing to share knowledge. New hires start from scratch and must learn how the basics work on their own. Cut throat and unprofessional environment. Upper Management could use a course in ethics, morale building, and worker retention. Rarely promotes from within <5%. Currently there is an exodus of staff moving for better opportunities and higher pay as the workload has become unsustainable since funding is down and resources are lacking. Company is not truthful to the employees. Lack of recognition for work well done. Your position will be temporary and eat up free time.

Pros

-Depending on what team you're on, you get a lot of autonomy. (on the flip side, see con- if you're on the wrong team) -Good benefits -Fun events & Travel opportunities

Cons

-People getting laid off left and right all time. One minute you have a team mate and the next they are just gone. -Management is top heavy and operates like a fraternity -If you're on the wrong team every move is watched -Your job is NEVER safe -Imagine with the acquisition that was just announced by Apollo that the reason for layoffs was to become lean before transition. I would hedge bets that this will also continue to be a numbers game and positions are going to be uncertain -Sales plans are always ambiguous and there were even times where the plan wasn't out until several months into the year. Expected to sell over and above but didn't always have a sales plan to follow. It was always changing.
