I could not find a single pros with this company. They are just a registered company which helps them to get new projects or new employees

I got a chance to associate with this company for developing one of their product as a freelancer. I have worked with lot of other companies as a freelance worker. But this is the first time, I regret associating with a company. They don’t know how to manage a product. That’s the main problem I have noticed. They have all the requirements in their mind, but not in the paper. No proper SRS or requirement documents. No proper wireframes. They want us to do a design as we liked and they will review it and say No. if they have something in their mind, they should told this upfront without wasting the effort or work a designer is taking. During the initial discussion, as they want their product to be completed as soon as possible, they agree to all our terms which includes remuneration as well. Even though I had a mutual agreement with them on the requirement and the remuneration, they didn’t follow a single line in the same. It’s just for the name sake they have agreed or mutually signed an agreement. They will keep on changing the requirements without even consulting with us and they want the product to be completed on time. How could we do that if they keep on changing the requirements?? They don’t give any value or respect to the people they associate with. This is the most unprofessional I have seen handling a project. No doubt, I won’t recommend anyone to this company no matter whether as a contractor or as a permanent employee.

High degree of Freedom as a developer. Friendly atmosphere where strict hierarchy is dormant as long as you can contribute enough for the company.

As an intern I didn't find any . But Since its still in startup phase , I can only guess that employers who can stay long will get good compensation.
