      Need to grow more. Their customers love them and they should hire more people to share the Elysian love!

      Pros

      Company is not huge so you get to know everyone very well, assuming you participate in the weekly calls. Everyone is very friendly and promotes self-improvement. Offers trainings and resources.

      Cons

      The possibility of getting bounced around multiple clients, even when you want to stay with one in particular.
