No pros the warehouse was a very unpleasant place

The facts are this company has no diversity and has a management that let bulling happen on a daily base

The company adapts to situations very well and puts staff first, changing working conditions to give staff more flexibility and introducing great benefits. The team here is always friendly and positive, it feels like working with friends rather than colleagues. There is always room for improvements and the company is consistently looking to improve as a business and family. The business is always open to ideas from staff on how to progress. They also supply food and drink for staff which is a nice bonus.

Currently, the cons are very minor and wouldn't affect my thoughts on the company.
