The salary was okay, but certainly not competitive.
Cons
Worst school I’ve ever worked.
The students are not only ill-prepared for college, but they are pushed through for the sake of their tuition dollars. Most are absolutely being set up to fail later in life.
Leadership is incompetent. They would not hold the same positions at a reputable institution. Unprofessionalism is common place. It is a bottom tier school that gives all HBCUs a bad name.
