      Pros

      Steady income and relatively high price points for the cuisine. Extensive wine list and pricey cocktails that empower high check averages. Opportunities to work private events when selected/asked to do so, events can be high income and low maintenance.

      Cons

      Work environment can be negative and slightly toxic, much like a lot of other places in the industry. Menu is extensive and unique, somewhat of a steep learning curve depending on previous experience.
