Pros

Elevatus is a game-changer in the world of SAAS recruitment, thanks to the visionary leadership of Yara and Yacoub. Working here has been an incredibly transformative journey for me. I joined this company with big dreams and have seen them come true through at Elevatus. From day one, Elevatus made me feel like part of a dynamic family. The leadership's open-door policy and approachability have fostered a sense of belonging and trust. I've witnessed tremendous personal and professional growth. The commitment to personal development is exceptional. I've been provided with opportunities to attend workshops, training programs, and continuous learning resources. The work culture is nothing short of amazing. The teams collaborate seamlessly, and the atmosphere is motivating and inspiring. This unique environment encourages employees to think outside the box, fostering innovation and creativity. Yara and Yacoub have cultivated a culture where taking risks is encouraged, and it's evident in the company's innovative approach.

Cons

I genuinely find it difficult to point out any cons. However, it's important to keep in mind that the high expectations for performance may be intimidating for some. At Elevatus, excellence is the standard, but with the right attitude, it's a goal that everyone can achieve.

Pros

- Pays on time - No micro management in Elevatus, truly the only thing good about this company . Must give the credit here.

Cons

- Promises ESOPS and company shares on Job advertisement- No health insurance and doesn't qualify for social security - Contracte are made to remove all employees right and treat employees as "consultants"- KPIs and targets beyond belief - Corrupt bureaucratic management, unethical treatment of employees, lacking in fairness or morality. - Most of senior employees are friends and family of management (husband, sisters, cousins, etc.) you can imagine how nepotism plays a role now..- No structure to working , mostly depends on the whims of founders what should be done .- Don't care to guide teams but act surprised when they don't check in on progress often and are not happy with results by end of long critical projects and decide to start firing people - Are easily fooled by employees who play power and office politics games and dig holes for others. - Very focused on looking like a great company rather than actually being great on the inside- Consistent behaviour of hiring and firing every few months. - Toxic CEO, twisted mind, needs therapy to process resentment and untame ego . No clear communication of expectations, constantly shifting goal posts, low job security (everyone is afraid of making one mistake so they don't get fired next). Has history of mass hiring followed by mass firing. Destroys people's careers by hiring them then threatening them of firing them to squeeze more work and life from them... and then doing it anyways. Wish I didn't take this offer as doing so and getting fired afterwards all of a sudden (against contract terms) destroys my career and resume record.

Elevatus Response

We know the person behind her reviews. The person who wrote this review was a BD manager who got 3 warnings and failed to deliver or sell anything for a year and half. In addition, everyone at the organization has a medical insurance. You can simply ask any employee. The company does not offer social security because it simply does not have a legal presence in the country of residence of this previous employee. All employees/consultants are paid 10% extra on top of their salaries at the end of each month. It seemed this particular employee forgot about these additional payments and bonuses she previously received. Good luck with your new venture.
