Pros
-Small “boutique” agency -Potential to standout and communicate directly with/have face time with owners more frequently -Decent flexibility to strategize with clients and run the accounts but report every detail in crm and every trade secret/idea becomes theirs.
Cons
-Smaller boutique agency means fewer employees. Fewer employees equals the good ones getting overworked, burnt out, under valued, and under paid…because someone has to keep the clients monthly retainers coming in so other people can take vacations. -in other words, you’re better off just starting your own company / managing brands on your own time. You’d make more money and be less managed from Disney. You could actually go to Disney instead;)
