Pros

Free breakfast in both offices.

Cons

When I worked there they actually asked people to go and submit positive reviews on this site and stood there and watched people write over inflated reviews in an attempt to gain favour. A few of the positive reviews written closely together in time were purely written to please management. Lack of flexibility from managers (working from home, etc) Management don't seem to be in tune with the teams. Too many managers. I genuinely worked out about 25% of all employees were managers, heads of or directors who just mange the level below, often with only 1 regular employee at the bottom of this chain. IE Employee, Manager, Head of, Director. This just results in people trying to justify their jobs and power grabbing. Incidentally if we remove the call centre staff then the number of managers goes up to about 33%. Some clueless staff (especially senior) who seem to float by without knowing what they are actually doing.

We are disappointed that your experience during the time you spent at UK Elevate has been generally negative. Integrity and honesty are two of the cornerstones that contribute to Elevate’s culture. We don’t ask or request our employees to leave “inflated reviews” on Glassdoor but we do encourage everyone to share their honest feedback and experiences – including good and bad. We believe that most of our team members enjoy their time with Elevate, and we want people that are considering joining the company to have a balanced view. Obviously, we are disappointed with some of your points you make. We continually strive to be our best at Elevate including having a great leadership team and as many opportunities as possible for our employees to grow into these kinds of positions. Our leadership cares deeply about the organization and they work hard daily to make the right things happen. In doing so, we strive to ensure that every employee understands the value they bring and management’s commitment to building and growing the business regardless of title.

Cons

As with most growing organizations, some processes and documentation are still being refined. At times priorities can shift quickly, which may require flexibility.

Pros

Good culture, but depending on the team. Mine was great, but I didn't hear good things about some teams

Cons

They don't care about employees; you don't have any value there. They find excuses to terminate for non-critical reasons if they need to, They don't have fair and honest performance evaluations. You are judged based on your last weeks and they don't care what you've done for years and months. Imagine that they fired their CCO after 14 years of service in the first week of the new year! One more thing, their IT team is terrible and works like a slug! So if you done your job, your work is obsolete when it is deployed by the IT.
