Pros

The office stipend is njce

Cons

I’m just kidding. I couldn’t get out of writing a “pro” and there aren’t any. Don’t walk…RUN from this job. The management lies to you, the company has been sold to out source jobs overseas, and they will ask you to do things not in your job description. The CEO, excuse me, former CEO walked away from the company after making millions but couldn’t afford to give his hard workers that made him that money a raise. Everything about this company is as crooked and dirty as the former CEO himself.

Thank you for taking time to post your comments. Elevate would like to correct some misunderstandings about the company with which we have joined forces. This is a U.S.-based company and a recognized leader in revenue cycle management, which will take our innovative billing solutions for the dental profession to new levels. The company has more than 10 nationwide operating divisions and employed professionals in both domestic and international markets. When companies come together, there is always a transition period during which the organization and its team members must adapt. Some will find the change refreshing and others may determine it’s no longer the right fit. Both scenarios are part of a natural evolution, and we support employees making the decisions that best fit their interests and goals. Again, your input is appreciated and we wish you every success.

Pros

The pros to working here are few but that you work from home and no one is micromanaging you. They provide decent benefits.

Cons

The cons are endless. The workload is excessive and unmanageable. Corporate staff is not helpful and often disrespectful. The company prioritizes profit over both employee and client welfare. During my tenure, many employees left, and instead of hiring replacements, the workload of remaining staff was tripled, with the expectation that we would somehow keep up. Valid concerns were disregarded, and employees were essentially told to leave if they didn’t want to deal with the situation. This is indicative of how little the company values its employees. Additionally, they make it very difficult to work from anywhere but your home office, requiring you to transport all of your equipment, which is completely impractical and unreasonable.
