      Everything - Unrealistic expectations, No direction, Non-utilization of top level employees; full recognition of underrated employees. Sick you head in the sand you be fine. HR is a revolving door if that tells you anything.

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
