Very Bad Management - I don't get why Electrolux can hire this kind of leaders. 1. Micromanage - CEO can drill down to staff to execute things 2. CEO have Temper Issues, bad words occasionally used to push. 3. Bad Salary - High Expectation 4.No Mentoring - only Expect Results 5.No FeedBack Culture 6.See Employees as Liabilities - not Asset 7. Subjective Top Management 8. Lack of Proper direction (caused by Micromanagement). 9. Lead the company through Fear , instead of positive motivation Electrolux HQ don't care what happen to Country level in terms of management.
