Pros
Met 1 great person who supported me and showed me the ropes
Cons
You will work with some of the worst people in your professional career. It seems like everyone there wants to make your life as difficult as possible while making theirs as easy as possible. Managers don't care about you or your work load, you will be given massive amount of work with no reasoning and be expected to fit it in your already full schedule. There is no one that will care about how you feel at the company or if you feel like you belong there. Your entire purpose will be a laborer and if you do a single thing that the managers don't like, they will make sure to make the following months of you working there a living hell before they let you go. Retaliation is the primary skill of the management team here. Please don't make the same mistake I did when I started working here, I know the market is tough right now and you are happy that you are even going through an interview process, but trust me when I say this that working here will set you back and overall negatively impact your professional career. You will hate every day even more than the last and wish that you were not stuck in this awful mess. I am currently doing the exact same position at a different company and saying the difference is night and day is an understatement. Lovely people, caring management, set goals and deadlines, no overworking, feeling of belonging, a normal work/life balance. This place will forever live with me as some of the worst few months of my life.
