The role provided exposure to the industry and allowed employees to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

There was little to no onboarding or structured training provided for new employees, making it difficult to become established in the role. Knowledge of production planning, processes, and operational best practices appeared limited across parts of the organisation, which often led to inefficiencies and confusion. The workplace culture could be quite exclusionary, with long-standing employee groups openly excluding newer team members. This created a challenging environment for collaboration and integration. Management lacked experience in several key areas and appeared resistant to change, feedback, and new ideas. Opportunities for process improvement were often ignored, making it difficult to drive positive change or address recurring issues.
