      Pros

      Working with Egnyte was great in my role. The company has multiple offices globally, so there was little on call work and it was easy to hand off tickets at the end of day to the next time zone. Great relationships with sales teams and other departments, and excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      "They will give you enough slack to hang yourself" is what I was told starting here, and they mean it. I've seen some employees try to coast in the company and do the bare minumum, but you are measured up to the performance of your peers. Must have a self-starter attitude, desire to learn a lot quickly, and be willing to ask stupid questions.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
