You lose an account you sell within a calendar year. No renewal compensation for accounts you sell. -Sales leadership is weak and incompetent, they are basically admins for tracking high activity and KPI’s with no leadership skills only high-pressure micro management and toxic work environment -Sales leadership and Senior leadership is a Fraternity from Pluralsight which they ran into the ground. They are selling the dream of IPO coming. Very few sales reps hit their quota and almost none acquire OTE so no money to make here.
