Pros
I almost completed 3+ months in Egnyte but would say the experience is very good with a great set of team, eager to learn, share and collaborate. Team members are very warm, nice, and good to interact with. Some of the things i would like to highlight in Egnyte are : * Great product with a lot of integration support with third-party vendors to give a great experience for customers * Interaction call with CEO either before joining the job or during the early days after joining gives you immense respect for the company and CEO. * Management encourages you to get involved in customer calls and meetings. * Top management does not shy away from taking risks and encourages teams to work on new technology * Work-life balance especially is awesome with a lot of fun-filled activities with a dedicated workspace HR * It's truly a remote working company in India ( not the same in other regions ) and optionally ask you to come work in co-working spaces but its absolutely volunteer. * Annual outing is really awesome as just after joining the company i got an opportunity to join the event and it was really the best decision i made to join the event which gave a platform for me to interact with my team members and other team members under one roof. * Pay wise is good and subjective to the current package but surely above average * Stock options are provided based on the job level you join but it will certainly make you rich as currently, Egnyte is right now in the Pre-IPO stage. Once it goes public you can make a very big if it happens to have a blockbuster stock listing.
Cons
* Internal processes are little laggard and slow but once you get to know whom to reach out to get the job done then it will be smoother. * Not much to mention so far.
