A negative radical cultural change - HR-Executive Egis Group Employee Review

The change of the direction, management and the strategy of the group got negatively reflect on the cultural and humans values, which in my opinion they don't represent anymore. For those located in the support areas there are not clear or possible internal or international career development. Personally I consider that, after all my engagement during my several years of work, I have been fired in the worse way possible without any recognition.
