      For the carrier growth and to work in a different atmosphere.

      It is my own decision. The company which i am working is exploding good in the Transportation sector. So i can not give any downsides....

      Pros

      Lower and middle management does their best, but their efforts are generally limited completely by the corporate culture of profit over everything.

      Cons

      BLN used to be a small, family owned firm but now after several mergers and acquisitions, it's essentially a French-owned Blackrock type firm.
