Prior to Effortless, I worked in the government sector and my experience here is heads and shoulders above prior experiences. There is less red tape, I am never told to stay in my own lane, and I am granted opportunities for growth.

You are expected to be tied to your desk all day and in the phone queue even at a level 2 tech position while simultaneously expected to work tickets and research issues. Every single stat/metric is tracked and nothing you do will be good enough Stats are held against you even when there is no work PTO policy is stringent at best They are extremely tight with allowing OT, this coupled with every metric tracked makes me wonder if the business is in a good place.
