inter department and intra department communication is poor. team is not the focus, individual contributions are everything. People in the office generally do not care about anyone outside of their immediate team. The IT department is being outsourced. Be prepared for things to get really bad before they get any better. Be careful about accepting any job that can easily be done by an MSP.
