Thanks for sharing your review. Appreciate your call out that working at EP is flexible and gives you a positive work / life balance. At EP we are always looking for better ways to involve teams in the decisions that affect them and our customers. We have recently started to move towards more cross functional company planning - this is in early stages but we are confident that over time, this will have a positive impact on ensuring that more people are involved in company planning. We are also looking at our values at the moment - there are definitely opportunities for these to be more visible and aligned with the ways that we work now as EP has evolved.
