Leadership within the company will always give opportunities to people wanting to make change to our company, as long as you are determined to make those changes happen. The company is really good at making you feel valuable and they always do the best to try to retain talent. Company has a sustianability initiative that looks not only into their environmental impact but the employee well being and thri governance as well.

Cons

It might take you some time to meet / build relationships with people from other sites, since it's a global company... There is still opportunity to do so, but it might take you a bit to figure that out.

One day a week to work at home. Good and affordable benefits program. Three floating holidays.

Cons

Culture needs work. Alot of siloes that making getting things done difficult at times. There is also a pattern of individuals not responding to or acting upon requests for information or assistance, and then the requester being held responsible for the lack of progress.
