      Pros

      My experience with this organization opened my eyes to how power can be abused and accountability avoided. HR seems to not have been a neutral party, and as a former employee, I would advise any employee--especially those vulnerable or outspoken--to keep detailed records and consult legal counsel early.

      Cons

      I wish someone had told me this before I started: Lawyer up. Seriously.
