      Good medical assistance plan Pays correctly

      Cons

      Due to a confusing strategy on IT, a lot of good job has been continuously lost. IMHO they are rewinding back 4 years with the latest it decisions. Also there's a feeling of hidden agendas on every decision made by managers.
