Hard to think of any.

Pay was decent by industry standards. Some pay much better, some pay much worse. Largely autonomous.

Culture is weird. Owner is kinda slimy. Hard to explain but he just rubs ppl the wrong way. Obviously mega growth oriented company which generally means you are merely a number and source of income for ppl above you. They mimic UWM's playbook. I cant stand that culture. Surface level 'family' but no real substance. I learned quick dealing with personal issues there that management really doesnt care - just get more loans.
