Eden is relatively small and it's SaaS component is only a year and a half old, but the open lines of communication and ability to give feedback is a breath of fresh air in a SaaS world where elsewhere small cliques poison the culture and leadership forgets where they came from. That's not the case at Eden. Leadership is always open to hear from any employee across departments. We change when things aren't working and are always available for advice when mistakes are made. The future is very bright for Eden and I cannot to see where it goes.
