Good community amongst pickers, excess stock can be taken home, pickers often can go home early, work straight forward and quick to learn, opportunities for team leader and forklift training and movement between roles.
Cons
Frequent and expected overtime in summer months, work can pile up if prove capable, limited communication between departments can cause stress to accommodate especially if already a busy day or preparing for one.
