Wouldn’t Recommend - Business Development Eddy Pump Employee Review

Very negative environment. No training on product, no communication on anything, no feedback on your performance and then your fired for something never brought up to you before. I’ve never seen such disorganization or number of employees who have no idea of what they are supposed to be doing or how to do it. Employees spend time every day griping about commissions they were supposed to be paid and weren’t.
