      You can increase your pay by selling more. Company vehicle and credit card.

      Cons

      Asked to do more with less. Much more work than when I started. They don't care how long your day is-just get the work done. Salary + Commission. Weekend and Holiday on-call.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
