Pros
Company car, gas card, benefits with the exception of health, create your own schedule, great relationships with customers, the outlook for the company.
Cons
No life work balance, always on call and I mean always, installations of new equipment and yes, if you sold it or was sold for you, you have to put in all the equipment. Pay is pretty marginal while only making 6% commissions. All the tools and parts in your car that you have to lug around everywhere. Constant sales pressure even though most your day is turning a wrench.
