- very strict leave policy - not allowed to take for more than 5 days. My question is why? In all other companies in this country and abroad, you can take your leaves however you want, but here we have to maintain absurd rules
Furthermore, we do not get all public holidays of bangladesh or UK (claims to be a UK based company). Is this even legal to not give all public holidays?
And why/how are sick leaves more than casual leaves????? and then during yearly performance evaluation, they measure how many sick leaves an employee took. Then why give more sick leaves in the first place???
