Pros? A suppose a paycheck if you can't get a job anywhere else, and I mean anywhere else.
Bargain basement security service if you just absolutely cannot afford anything else.
Cons
This company does not pride itself on value, people, success or competency. It appears the bottom line is money in the owner's pocket. I have never seen such utter disregard for human decency toward staff and lack of competence in operation.
The owner is condescending and selfish. He cares not about a successful security organization but rather to merely fill his pockets and fuel his Mercedes.
His tactics devalue an entire industry that already must combat many negative stigmas as it is. He delivers the worst of the worst for security service...but if you are looking for the cheapest provider you found the right place.
