Pros
Capable of gaining a good sense of teamwork and communication. The company makes choices that benefit the sales of each of its locations, which in return allows for better hourly rates. The team is always working together and accepts any and everyone who is hired for the job.
Cons
The company lacks a good amount of basic benefits, such as health benefits or a 401k plan. Almost every basic benefit is awarded to the higher-ups which leaves the average employee dry of their potential support. The cons of my specific store relate to the scheduling for every week where most of the time you would need to beg for someone to release their shifts.
