Great Company, heavy load duties - Flight Attendant EasyNet Employee Review

5 days on, 4 days off/ 3 days. Decent crews. Can preference earlier or lates and nightstops. Food provided. Good staff travel

Base management can be shocking and not care. They only seem to care about green light boarding and no accountability from management. Lots of favouritism within base roles. They push and push on things and expect a lot but for what is often minimum pay. The first year can be especially rough.

Need to do lot at work which helps in learning a lot.
