Pros
I've been working at this company for around half a year. Will update this review from time to time. 1. Great learning opportunities as the clients are very big and have been using the latest technologies in the industry. Every week, I'm faced with a new challenge which always results in learning something new. 2. Great Project Manager and the golang team leads. The issues are discussed properly. The feedback is given at regular intervals. Some of the people are very helpful. 3. Good work-life balance as every week tasks are preplanned, then the whole week you can focus on completing those tasks. Prior to this company, I was part of a product-based company where there was no balance and you have to work on features ad-hoc which was quite hectic. 4. Good compensation as per the industry standards. Cannot comment about the hike as of now. 5. Good company culture where you feel valued and appreciated for your work.

1. Can be more efficient with its process. Long and lengthy procedures for simple things.
