About company It don't have any good products or services to sell. If you are a technical person I am damn sure you never learn anything. Salary will credited in mid of every month. Sometimes you have to extend late night, also work on Sundays but they never pay extra. Never give you the experience certificate on your relieving, here we seen the person did not receive certificates after several months. Poor maintenance and working environment. About HR They give you fake commitments while you Joining, please don't believe them. They don't have any powers to do as a HR. So, the HR system are very poor. About management They never consider the employer benefits. If they find anything profitable suddenly ask us to work on that without doing any proper analysis. They never hear employees suggestions and welfare. About employees When you join, they are all knows you are the new rat for test but they don't communicate in proper way because they want to share their work loads to others but you know that in couple of weeks if you are wise. @Employee: My request is to share opinion like this, then only the changes will happen. You have a good opportunity in outside don't waste your time and future. STILL YOU THINK IT IS A SOFTWARE COMPANY IT HELPS TO IMPROVE YOUR FUTURE, YOU ARE THE FOOL.
