Pros
The people are very, very smart while still being laid back and friendly. That's a BIG plus. Innovation is encouraged, and your ability to perform and produce results is really only limited by your work ethic.
Cons
Like any successful, growing company, there are occasional hiccups in how to expand while maintaining the innovative spirit that makes the company thrive. If you want a trading/coding/quant job where you can punch a clock as if you worked at a factory, this isn't for you. People are motivated. And the pace is fast but reasonable.
